The removal of electrostatic charges through the ionization rod of the films and furniture fronts prevents the sticking of any dirt and dust, so the problem with dirt inclusions has thus been avoided.

Advantage:
The use of ionization radically reduces the Committee of parts with dirt inclusions. The cleaning of the 3D-Folie and of the raw MDF parts before pressing is much easier and thus more efficient.

The ionization units are in three different versions available:

Version 1 consists of:
1 piece ionisation Rod 1500 mm
1 piece high voltages transformer with function monitoring
1 piece high-voltage cable 1 m

Version 2 consists of:
1 piece of Air gun with ring-ionizer + a high voltages transformer including function monitoring
1 piece high-voltage cable 5 m

Version 3 consists of:
1 piece ionization Rod length 1500 mm
1 piece Air gun with ring-ionizer
1 piece high voltages transformer with function monitoring
2 pieces of high-voltage cable
